Balikpapan, November 22, 2024 – PT Asphalt Bangun Sarana (ABS), a leading company in the bitumen manufacturing and distribution sector, was honored with an award from the Balikpapan City Government through the Environmental Agency for its contribution to the Green Space Management Program. The award was presented during an official ceremony held in the VIP Room of Balikpapan City Hall on Friday, November 22, 2024, at 08:00 WITA.
This recognition reflects the City Government’s appreciation of ABS’s active role in revitalizing one of the city parks. The initiative aligns with Balikpapan’s 2021-2026 vision: “Balikpapan as a Leading City that is Comfortable to Live in, Modern, and Prosperous within the Framework of Madinatul Iman.” The revitalization project not only enhances the quality of the city’s green spaces but also provides tangible benefits for the community by creating more comfortable and environmentally friendly facilities.
