(Tipco Asphalt (KBC) Kemaman Refinery)
Vessel arrives our port, and we procced to collect samples for Quality Control of the Bitumen
Discharging of the bitumen from the vessel using high pressure valve and pipeline
Loading of the bitumen into our storage tank. Once loading have been completed. We then proceed to the second phase of quality control
Once we receive a request for ordering bitumen from the customer, we procced to the weighing of the specialised road tank truck (RTT) to be used (empty truck tank)
Once the weight data from the empty truck has been recorded and validated, we then procced to load bitumen to the RTT’s tank as per order grade & quantity requested from the customer
In order to verify that the right amount of bitumen has been loaded into the truck’s tank, we procced to a second weighing but this time with the truck tank full
Once the quantity weighted matches the ordered quantity, we then procced to the sealing of the bitumen truck’s tank to ensure the right quality and quantity is delivered to our customer
We then procced to the delivery to our customer and once our truck reached the customer, we hand over a certificate of quality ensuring the quality of our product
